Convenient location.
Cost wise, others in the area cheaper.

Complimentary breakfast was great!
Room was smelly-like smoke. Bathroom was old and smelly. Remodelling would do this place some good!
Room smelled like old ciagarettes ( even though it was a "non smoking" room). Bathroom left a lot to be desired. Tub had a "newwe" enclosure, but when you were in the tub it felt like half of the tub wasn't under your feet! In general room did not feel clean.

The bed was clean.
It was terrible. The first room we had the TV stopped working after 10 minutes. The next room's air conditioner screamed.
An awful night. The hotel was stuck off to the side in a brick block. The staff member we dealt with was curt and not very friendly. The first room they put us in was okay and thankfully to the rear away from the highway, but the TV stopped working after 10 minutes. We called the front desk and they couldn't get it working either so they moved us to another room in the front near the highway. This room was hot and stuffy so I turned on the air conditioner after 10 minutes it started to emit a high pitched screeching sound accompanied by rattling sounds. No matter what we did it continued. Every 10-15 minutes. We tried opening the window but we were close to the highway noise and it was too hot. I was late by then and we thought we could tough it out. All night long it screeched and rattled. We hardly slept. not worth the full price we paid at all! read more

We especially liked the continental breakfast and all that was available and the girls were very helpful as well.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
It made us feel comfortable and at home. We enjoyed not having to go out or to a restaurant for breakfast and felt the food was adequate for our needs.

Waffles and location only.
No parking; old; falling apart; dirty; sink not in bathroom - gross.
This hotel deserves no review. After getting into the room, we found it dirty. The bureau was full of fine dust particles, which we found out as we tried to wear our clothing. There was no parking if you arrived back after dark, so you had to park in a non parking spot, only to worry all night about your vehicle. The waffle makers were a bright spot. No bagels or good cereal on Continental breakfast. Floor carpets had dirt in them and the bathroom was not so clean. The sink being outside of the bathroom was not a good choice and should have been changed when they went through their renovation. The stairway was old and uneven and the elevator was old and the door closed on you as you walked out with a bag. The hotel was bad. Period. read more

Happened to be in ideal location for the purposes of this trip.
It is boringly functional and that's it.
It makes sense to stay at the Comfort Inn for at least fifty dollars less than the Hampton Inn that is nearby. Basically, both are boring motels. Neither is a destination in itself. All you're there for is to get some sleep. Both are surrounded by the same mall, the same chain restaurants. At least the Comfort Inn is cheaper, and it's clean.

The location.
Found someone's medication behind the large dresser.
I'm still satisfied with this hotel and would certainly stay there again, as I have in the past.
