Comfort Inn Belleville

The hotel was cleaner than what I had imagined! There were a lot of patrons 50+ that were out in the parking lot being disruptive (late at night). I had to keep checking to make sure that my vehicle was not being damaged! There were big gaps in the doors that connected rooms and we could hear everything that was going on in the room next door and made in uncomfortable! The maid service failed to clean the room or make the bed after the first night we were there. The manager offered us a 15% discount because of it.

I probably would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Old filly hotel. Wallpaper torn off walls. Writing on walls. Floors made feet black walking on them. Pool was cloudy and green and youngest son received a rash. Continental breakfast was sparse. Disliked stay immensely.

When we got there they didn¿t ask for a dithered was red stuff all over one wall. They shower head came off in my husband hand. The heater made allot of noise. When it was sleeting in the middle of the night. My key stop working because they didn¿t put enough nights on it. And their radiator was dirty I will not stay there again.

For twenty dollars less, I could've stayed at a hotel that the bed was soft, the bathroom was clean and everything worked right in it. The chair in my room was getting ready to break; the bed was so hard that my hip bones hurt for two days.

The rooms were quiet and clean. Shower pressure could knock you into the wall in one of the rooms. We arrived very late and the staff was efficient and helpful in getting us settled in quickly. Continental breakfast had variety. Good place for the money.
