Close to the freeway & casinos.
Dirty.

I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel was dirty, front desk personnel rude. Parking bad.

The air conditioner worked.
It was dirty and poorly constructed. Felt like I needed a shower after leaving.

This hotel was dirty and seemed to be poorly constructed. By that, I mean, the construction in the room was not good. Sheetrock gaps, cracks in tiles, appeared to be rushed and not well built. The shower was filthy and gritty. Did not use. Would have had to have worn flip flops to shower.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Really no complaints about anything.

My daughter and I were traveling for medical purposes for her 9 year old son, also had a 3, 2, and ll month old with us. While we unloaded the car the 2 year old slipped away unknown to us in the confusion. When we noticed needless to say we panicked, but he was in the lobby and being treated very well. I can't begin to tell you the relief we felt and how much we appreciated the way the staff handled the situation. They help a very stressed out time for us a little more pleasant. read more

The pool was closed, and staff not every helpful.

The parking was a little tight for a large truck and there was only one way in and out the other gate was closed all the time.

Hotel was quiet and well located. Staff was friendly.
There was a cigarette burn in the comforter.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was well located just off I-20, but was surprisingly quiet.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff.
Shower not as clean as it could be.

A great location, just a short hop from Diamond Jack's and Boomtown Casinos. Friendly staff, and nice, clean room (with the exception of the shower, which could have used a little more attention). Comfortable beds and more than a few channels on the TV. The complimentary breakfast offered an excellent selection of items, from cereal, muffins, and fruit, to waffles and biscuits and gravy (yummy!). I know where I am going to stay next time I go to Bossier City! read more
