The hallway and stairway needed some attention.

Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and service.

This hotel was at a perfect location for your particular needs. It was far enough off the busy highway so it wasn't noisy. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was very tasty and sufficient for our needs. Overall, I feel very fortunate that we were lucky enough to find this hotel on the internet as it was perfect for our needs.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, the did a great job.
The pillows were way softer than what I anticipated but I also brought my own.

The staff had a busy week, there was either a cheerleading performance in town or soccer either way there were a lot of kids and families and the weather wasn't that great but the staff appeared to keep up with the changes and made sure everyone got what they needed. We would probably stay there again the next time we are in town.

The proximity my business was excellent.
I found that the cooling unit was not quite up to par.

For the money and my use, the hotel was just what I needed.

It had a vacancy.
I know why it had a vacancy.

Although it said "under new management" it obviously needs a lot of help. The room was run down and smelled. There was popcorn on the floor from some previous guest. The paint was pealing off the wall in the bathroom and around the sink. No way would I ever stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The downstairs smelled musty or moldy. Our bathroom was not clean when we got our room. It had pubic hair and other gross things on the floor.

The hotel was probably okay for business people not for a family. The staff was very nice. I felt like they had some cleanliness issues. After I found gross stuff in the bathroom it looked like it was only halfway cleaned up. I did not feel comfortable using that bathroom.
