It was quiet and located away from everything.
The breakfast area could have been more spacious.
The location is a few minutes from any part of Butler which is good if you want quiet, but not if you want to be within walking distance of restaurants.

The continental breakfast.
Where we parked wasn't shoveled (snow).
Very friendly folks working there; helpful with places to eat and directions to where we wanted to go; great view (on top of a high hill); comfy beds.

New appearance, complimentary breakfast and newspaper in lobby.
Only 2 luggage/clothes racks. I have a bad back and could've used one.
It would've been a little more convenient if it was north of the city, but found it only a minor inconvenience. Elevator was on the small side. A PC with high speed internet access in the sitting area for patron use would be nice. I don't have a laptop to bring along. Breakfast area was a little small during the morning rush hour. All in all we were very happy with our accommodations. read more

It was a pleasant place, nothing spectacular.
I was not "Wowed".
This room was pleasant. There was a pool for the kids and a workout room which I appreciated. Overall, I'm glad we choose this hotel.
