Convenient to I-95 and the Beltway.
Rude staff, bugs, uncomfortable and
small room.

The front desk personnel was rude and condescending. I was warned not to smoke in the room, after not having heard similar warnings made to the guests who checked in before me. I was given a handicapped-access room. The bathroom did not have a tub, only a shower with a drain in the middle of the bathroom. Each time I took a shower, the water did not drain quickly, causing it to make the carpet in the room moist. On the second morning of my trip, I woke up to find a bug crawling in my hair. read more

The room was spacious and the bed was wonderful.
Person untrained on using toaster tripped the fire alarm.

Very clean and good customer service.
I didn't like that I could not upgrade my room to a double bed even though there was rooms available.

Customer service was great, I loved that they had a waffle maker and breakfast everyday.

The deluxe continental breakfast was wonderful and the staff was awesome.
Parking was a bit awkward.

Great hotel for the business traveler who knows the Washington, dc metro area well enough that driving is not a problem. This hotel works well for the leisure traveler who wants access to downtown dc without experiencing the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan area.
