Comfort Inn Cross Creek

It was a pleasant experience; the staff is very helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned well every day and the breakfast area is kept clean and the food is fresh.

Staff was very nice. They were able to give us an early check in. Very clean room.

I would reccomend this hotel to any one. My room was clean bed comfy it was quiet and very well located to Ft. Bragg. Shopping and good restaurants very close. The attitude of all the staff is friendly and nice.

The staff was friendly and honest about their hotels shortcomings. WiFi not operating. This room was overpriced for the quality of our stay.

The staff was very pleasant and jovial. The rooms were clean and pleasing to the eye. The beds, however, were more suited to single person sleeping as opposed to two people. This was the only down side.

I didn't like that they placed us in a smoking room. We arrived to late and all the non-smoking rooms were sold out. The next day they moved us to a non-smoking room.

The Housekeeping staff was lazy and did not want to clean the rooms. They gave the impression it was your privilege to have them around. They were very unfriendly.

Even had a humidifier in the room. Nice touch.

Hotel was easy to find and within walking distance to a mall and restaurants. The downfall was no one in my family of four got a decent night's sleep! The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we ever had! My husband was the only one who took advantage of the free breakfast and enjoyed it.
