room very smokey, wante, to charge extra sixty dollars for a non-smoking room,live baby roach in bathroom

we drove in late coming back from a funeral.they said they did not have any non-smoking rooms left except for a suite which they wanted sixty dollars extra.we did have reservations. I told them I was severely allergic to smoke and that we had already spent alot of money going to an unexspected funeral.Other hotel have given us other available rooms at no cost. We were very tired from along drive and had no choice but to stay here in a very smokey room. this whole floor was smokey. read more

Good value.
Location to far from I-95, beds too small.

I was passing through NC on my way from Fl to NYC. The location was too far from I-95 not 5 mins. like I was told. The beds in the room were small, full size not comfortable for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 small children. However it was a fair value for the price paid. The breakfast area was not inviting compared to other Comfort's I have stayed in.

Very easy to get two baby cribs.
One of the keys to the room never did work and the check in time was 3pm way too late in the day.

Staff was very nice. They were able to give us an early check in. Very clean room.

The proximity to stores and dining was excellent.
The so-called double beds were quite small and not comfortable for 2 people.

The staff was very pleasant and jovial. The rooms were clean and pleasing to the eye. The beds, however, were more suited to single person sleeping as opposed to two people. This was the only down side.

The Best value for money.
The lift made weird noises.

After the horrible experience in the 3star Hilton, I was quite happy when I entered my room in comfort Inn. Comfort Inn is always going to be my first choice. Being even a 2star, it had a lot more facilities than the 3star.

Near by mall, microwave, refrigerator all help for traveler.

Would be better if in-door pool available.
