I liked the convenience and atmosphere of the downstairs bar area.
The parking situation.
This hotel charged a separate $23 fee for parking. There were not enough adequate spaces to park, and we had no choice after 20 minutes (10:30 pm) but to leave our keys with the parking lot attendant so that he could valet park our car. The room was clean and colorful. The service was so-so.

Good complimentary breakfast.
The noise from the adjacent I-95 interstate was horrendous.
I felt like I was sleeping in the median of I-95 given how close the hotel is to the aforementioned interstate. Luckily I had some earplugs with me which I use while flying; otherwise, I would have had considerable difficulty trying to fall asleep. I had problems connecting to the WiFi while in the room. Also, when I tried to call the front-desk to tell them about the problem, no one would answer the phone. When I went down stairs right after hanging up, the surly receptionist said that she was too busy to answer the phone (I was the only person at the reception desk!). read more

I only stayed there for one night.
Room reeked of smoke, phone didn't work and wasn't replaced.
I'm both a young professional who simply needed a clean, quiet room, and received neither. This was the worst room in which I've ever slept. I am someone who can sleep anywhere, from my car, floor of my office, etc., but would not sleep here again. The room reeked of smoke, a broken phone wasn't replaced, and the hotel almost charged me $23 for parking while there were free overnight spots on the street. I will use Priceline again because this is my first and only bad experience with them, but would never stay at the Comfort Inn Downtown Philadelphia again. read more

They were able to accommodate my spouse and I, with everything we needed such as a refrigerator, microwave, and a smoking room!
The room did not have the attractiveness I expected.
It was great! Although it wasn't the most beautiful the friendly people and the great accommodations made up for it. I was able to relax and have fun during my trip which was my main priority!
