Location
Dirty, lobby not maintained, loitering people, staff does not speak English, internet did not work.
Chose, based on Brand Name, did not meet expectations of the brand. Staff was unprofessional, lobby was dirty and no response was provided to non working Internet.

Great location with clean and comfortable rooms. It was a great surprise to find a full service upper scale restaurant on the property. Great stay!
The breakfast room is too small and kept losing power.
Great location, very clean, comfy bed, courteous staff and awesome full service upper scale restaurant on the property. What a wonderful surprise that we did not have to drive to dinner. My husband is a chef and we fully enjoyed our meal! Would definitely go back for the hotel stay and restaurant.

Excellent breakfast and coffee 24/7!.
If you want to go to Manhattan for the day, this is the place to go! From the hotel, drive 2 miles to the Willowbrook mall, jump on the NJ transit, and end up right at Port Authority! This hotel is
cheap and has the best breakfast ever, with waffles, eggs, fruit and everything.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
I had problems with the swipe key.
Nice hotel for business or overnight travel. The room was very clean, the bathroom large, and the end was the most comfortable I'd ever had in a hotel. 32' flat screen HDTV was a nice bonus.

The room was clean.
The continental breakfasts were terrible and in a room way too small.
If you need a place to sleep that is clean, convenient to North Jersey and NYC, this is the place.

I liked that the room was clean and smelled fresh.
Small coffee/tea cups in room and breakfast room.
I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or for leisure. It is close to restaurants, stores and the highway.

The room was newly furnished and well appointed.
The lobby and first floor need refurbishing.
An excellent value, convenient to NY with lots of nearby restaurants. Perhaps the best buy within 30 miles of NYC!

Clean and bed was comfortable.
Guests were loud at times.
Good value for the money. The staff was friendly. The wait at the restaurant on a Saturday night was too long, ended up going elsewhere.

The hotel was a great price and convenient to the city. The bus to NYC was outside the hotel. Didn't stay in hotel much, so was fine.
Due to Rt. 46 being one way, it was complicated to get around. Hotel was ok, but nothing astounding. It met but not exceedeed our expectations.
If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel that is a short 30 minutes to NYC, then this would be your place. The rooms are small, and what you would imagine from an economy hotel. We only stayed there for a couple of hours each night. All in all, I would stay again.
