The hot tub did not work, the fitness equipment was home equipment in poor shape

There was mold around the air conditioner, the walllpaper was peeling, the hot tub was broken, the pool was extremely cold even for the kids, the fitness equipment was home equipment.

Close to stores, helpful staff, had a pool, guest laundry and good continental breakfast.
The room was very small, the beds were too hard, the sink stopper did not work right, 1 key card didn't work.

Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations. I didn't find the room comfortable or attractive, but the common areas were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location convenient.

Fresh baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch.
Because I prepaid and no credit card was used when I checked in when I needed to make a long distance call I needed to go to the lobby and provide cc.

I had a great trip. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and all amenities were functioning. What more can you ask for on a short trip.

BED BUGS.

Overall, I thought the hotel was above-average. The staff was friendly, however, the chair in the room was stained with what appeared to be urine, not to mention, I was attacked by beg bugs and once I got home they ended up in my bed at home. Maybe the hotel staff should be made aware of this problem.

Great breakfast, free Internet, large and clean rooms.
Price is just a shade high.

A modern hotel with large, clean rooms, free no-hassle Internet, great continental breakfast, coffee and fruit available all day, friendly staff, conveniently located in the middle of Federal Way. It would even suit people who are visiting Seattle and do not mind taking the bus from the nearby brand new transit center.
