The staff by that I mean the maid and maintaines they were more worry about us than the front desk were they spoke to us as if you were nothing.
1st and 2nd night our air condition broke, the front desk has no concern for us like it was tough luck it have, the 2nd night we slept with a broken.

We paid good money to spend 2 days at this nice Hotel but we felt we were treated as if we didn't matter. this was support to be our nice vacation with our family.

Comfortable and located right around the corner from our destination of Fiesta Texas. Convenient to freeway and I-10.

AC unit was a little noisy.

The hotel lived up to our expectations and was very convenient. Good breakfast.

The employees were helpful.
The elevators stuck and the elevators look very old and not very clean.

The hotel was very close to Fiesta Texas but was not as clean as I would prefer. The carpet needs to be replaced, its old and looks dirty. The employees are helpful and if you need anything they will help you.

Would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very close to fiesta Texas which was nice!

I liked the closeness to sea world and fiesta Texas.
Pool is next to freeway and you could hear the noise & see trucks & cars.

Courteous staff and good location but the bathroom floor had hair on it. It was good for kids and the rest of the room was clean. Beds were nice. I would have preferred to hav4e the pool on the other side of the hotel from the freeway.
