Front desk staff all courteous.
The rooms were mold factories.
For the price, they could change the filters in the A/C or at least have the opportunity to open the window. My son has mold alergies and the rooms wreaked of a mildew.

Location to highway.
Interior bland, checked in at 8 at night but was kicked out at 11 am. I thought I paid for 24 hours of use of the room?
It is a hotel worthy of a quick stay. It is clean and the staff were cordial. It was easy to find and no problem to locate from the Highway. I paid for 24 hour use and only got 15 before check out. The business center they brag about in the brochure is
one computer in the lobby next to the front door that was always occupied by some teenager trying to check his my space/face book. read more

The bathroom was clean.
Staff standing around the front of building, smoking. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, room needed painted, furniture old and some pieces broken.
I would not recommend this hotel. When we arrived, the staff was standing around the front of the building smoking. It was pouring down rain and a staff member opened the front door for us while we were carrying luggage but not the next set of doors, so we had to put everything down to open those doors. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel was supposed to be no smoking. The room looked like it needed painted and some of the furniture appeared worn and broken down. I was very disappointed since this is a chain hotel with supposedly a good reputation which is why I picked it. read more

Easy parking, close to Gettysburg college.
The room smelled bad, and airing out did not help. There were no other rooms avail. The clerk was not very professional.
Not up to usual Comfort Inn standards.

The continental breakfast was great and my kids really enjoyed the pool.
The bathroom smelled strongly of smoke and the garbage had not even been emptied from the previous occupants.

It is convenient and local to our needs and it has a swimming pool.
The customer service was excellent, I liked that I could take my pet. My son is in a residential home near there and when we get a day pass for him the hotel is nice so he can visit the dog and be able to swim while we are visiting.

Location was within 2 miles of destinations and parks. Clean beds.
Outdated had a motel type feel. Served basic purpose of sleep.
Hotel is located in a complex of 3 hotels. Location is good but is obviously the oldest and least attractive of the hotels. Clean beds and TV works. Free breakfast is very basic and only until 9:30. They clear away everything at 9:33 am so don't be late! The pool and hot tub did not appear clean and were murky. Bottom line, this place is economy.

They allow pets.
The key card had to be re-programmed each day which is very inconvenient.
The location was centrally located to family and the hospital. We left on such short notice that I didn't board the dog. She came along for the ride and was allowed into the room for a small fee ($10). The continental breakfast was excellent. Many options from waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, to hot tea and juices. The only difficulty we had was that the card key would not work consistently in the lock. We had to have it "re-programmed" twice. The side door lock would not work with key either so I had to walk the dog back through the lobby to get back to the room. My son had been sick after some bad Chinese food and the person at the front desk was helpful in getting us fresh linens and towels. Would stay here again. Pricing was right. read more
