The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
The bathroom was, at best, compact.
I think cleanliness is the most important thing in a hotel room and overall, it was good. The room was older (nothing that renovations couldn't change) but definitely one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed in, and for a smoking room, it did not smell stale or bad, nor was it perfumey, like they tried to cover bad odors up. The bathroom was small and the tub did not drain all that well but it was extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The hotel was no-frills simplicity: a clean room at a decent price. read more

Location and price.
Outside of building and parking lot is somewhat shabby.
A good value for the money. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Outside of hotel does not give a good impression. Good locaton.

The whole experience was great! Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.
This was a great hotel to stay at. We were on a family vacation with children over the age of 20 and things were wonderful. The cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure that we had good directions; they answered all of our questions and gave us great advice.

I like locations and the lobby layout.
Only one entrance and exit not discreet enough.
Pretty good stay. Lots of room with king size bed. Elevator takes you to your floor via the lobby. Near local shopping, banks, the local stadium. Good stay for the price. Parking okay not great. Only one entrance/exit in the pm great for security but lack discretion. I recommend it for business trips or family events.

Location.
Rooms- older amenities.
Overall, the hotel was fine. I did not especially like the room though. Service at the front desk was excellent.

I enjoyed the location and the amenities such as the pier and beach. The hotel front desk people were very nice the maids were rude 1 spit on me!
I had a hard time obtaining a cot for our room and the employees at the food shops were extremely rude to us.
Overall we had a nice time. We loved the beach and pier. The food made me sick very sick. It took 2 days to get over the sick vomiting and diarrhea (sp). I just got home Monday morning (we actually stayed with some family from Friday-Sunday so they could help take care of my kids while I was feeling bad) and today is Tuesday. When I apologized to the maid that the towels were dirty and volunteered to pick them up for her she got mad at me and spit she aimed for the floor but got me instead. It was gross. We had wanted to come back because of the area and just bring a cooler with sandwiches and eat at a restaurant off the location but after she spit on me I don't know. I did not say anything when we left there were several people checking in and I could not get a private moment with the counter people. I was feeling horrible from throwing up all night and just left. read more

Good location, adequate room.
Breakfast was served in the lobby which was hot and had insufficient seating available.
Everything was adequate.

Location was good.
And run down, especially the bedding.
The room was clean, but the appearance was marred because the carpeting and bedding and bathroom were so old and out of shape. Staff was nice but they re-charged my credit card when I left.
