Comfort Inn Hutchinson

Outside of motel looks nice and so does the lobby and breakfast eating area. I didn't like being in the half basement.....and the room was way too small not to mention the tiny bathroom. The hallway in the half basement smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. Just didn't like the closed in feeling of room!

This was a great hotel. We will go back in the future. Clean, great staff, above expectation for the price!

This is the first time we have had any problems at this hotel. The tile on the bathroom floor was loose, the commode seat was not properly attached and the shower curtain was dirty. These problems were reported and will, hopefully, be corrected before the next guest arrives.

It was overall okay and acceptable. Except that it advertised that it had a jacuzzi but it did not. Being old people on the road we like them in the evening. That is why we took it over others in the area. That is false advertising.

This was a bad experience. We
had a room on the end of the first floor. All the noise of those coming and going all night was very loud. Very loud verbal fights broke out and went on even after reporting it to the front desk. The physical location of the hotel is noisy. The room was extremely smoky smelling.

This is a good place to spend one night. The room and bathroom was very small, not a good place to take a family. The room was very clean, which is the most important factor.

We usually stay at this hotel when we are in Hutchinson. The people are very nice. The beds are comfortable.
