It was well maintained and was in a good, central location.
Real close to the freeway and a little funky to get into.
This was a nice, convenient place to stay. It was well maintained and we felt very much like we got our moneys worth. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else planning to stay in Idaho Falls.

Everything about the staff and hotel was great!
Understaffed in the am for breakfast, and the white trash guests destroyed the breakfast area.
In 20 years of traveling, as a criminal investigator, I have never, not one time ever, had the room cleaning staff get everything perfect every time. The staff here didn't miss anything, not one time in 4 days. I mean nothing. Garbage, floors, bed, toiletries, every last detail was done with a consistency that I have never experienced before. For such a middle of the road hotel, the staff there should be running a freaking 5 star. I will stay there from now on without hesitation when ever I am in IF. read more

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and most of all they haven't forgot about the people that smoke.

The room seemed to be very clean.
It is tucked away down a road by a trailer park.
The room was nice. When we first arrived we were concerned by the fact that one of the young men from the staff was hanging outside with a group of teenagers. This made me feel unsafe from the very beginning. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful however there were other people from the staff who was standing behind the counter chatting. Then as we were leaving five of the staff was outside smoking by our car in big group. I find this very unprofessional, esp. sense we had to walk through their cigarette smoke and I'm pregnant. The location was way downtown, not close to the places we were going. It's okay if you're just going to be in and out again. I like to spend my time at places where the employees act professional and friendly regardless of their positions. I also like to feel like I'm safe. I wouldn't stay there again. More Cons than Pros. read more

Easy to get back on the Interstate.
Everything was fine.
The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The grandkids had a lot of fun in the pool. Breakfast was also good.

Very friendly staff.
This hotel is very conveniently located--right off the freeway. There are many restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Was happy with the complementary breakfast-had a wide aray of items to chose from.

The staff.
The heating system was very loud made it hard to sleep.
The staff was great but upon arrival there were at least 3 young adults playing games on the lounge TV. There presents made one feel unsafe. The ceiling in the shower was coming loose. Down and the strip around the sink was loose. The heating system in the room was so loud it made it hard to sleep.
