It was convenient to the Interstate and other areas.
We wanted to bring our in home dog and they would not allow us to bring her due to recent remodeling.
They stated that because of the recent remodeling that pets were not allowed. There were not many improvements seen. The paint was coming off the wall in the bathroom, the shower head leaked and the room had a musty smell. The lobby was nice and the swimming pool appeared to be well maintained. The continental breakfast was satisfactory.

Staff was very friendly and responsive to requests.
Not everything in our room worked properly.
Overall I was pleased with our stay. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The refrigerator did not work nor did the remote control for the TV in the living area, but these were minor issues as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. Certainly this is not an upscale type hotel, but for a basic place to lay your head at night it is certainly acceptable. The staff was very friendly and responded to all our requests promptly. The free breakfast offering was nice: waffles, coffee, juice, cereal and breads. However, the second day it seemed that the waffle batter was sour, like it hadn't been changed out from the morning before. Otherwise, not bad for a free breakfast. read more

Receptionist very friendly, understanding and helpful.
We had a pleasant and relaxing stay even with the inconvenience of the smoking room but I guess receptionist made our stay, she tried her best and we were comfortable and happy.

Not worth the $.
It was horrible. I stay the next night in Tucson, AZ and there was a huge difference. This hotel had no elevators so I had to drag my entire luggage up two flights of stairs after driving for 13 hours. The manager had the A/C turned completely off in the room, so it was about 100 degrees in there when we got in. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was definitely not worth the money. read more

The AC did not work properly, there was mildew in the bathroom, carpet not vacuumed.
They just need to pay closer attention to cleanliness.

Could not see parking area from room.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean with good space. The indoor pool and spa were great place to relax after going all day. The staff was very nice and friendly to us. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again if we are in the area.
