Not much.
False advertising.
They're internet didn't work yet they still charged me for the room upgrade.

NA.
Kitchen was clean and new but located in basement level.
Great place to stay. Shuttle right outside hotel, can take you right down to the falls. Would recommend.

Awful! Noisy neighbors inside and outside the hotel. Really far away from the falls. Too small bathroom and uncomfortable beds.

Clean, staff was very friendly, location was good.
Would have liked a fridge in the room - traveling with children - nice to have fruit and drinks for them in the room.
Very clean - not overly fancy - could use a new floor but we liked the location. Would have liked a fridge and microwave in the room - handy with children - especially for fruit and cold drinks. The staff was very pleasant. Was under construction - however removed from the area we stayed in. I'm sure will be a nice addition.

Very well kept, looked like new both inside and out.
The continental breakfast could have had fruit, kind of dull offerings.
Very well kept and updated, felt very safe and would have liked to shop at the next door mall if time had permitted. Breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly and Knowledgeable about getting to the Falls and where to park inexpensively.

Very close to Marine land and the Falls with out being right in the middle of the hassles of Downtown Niagara Falls.
The hotel was undergoing expansion and renovation but it in now way interfered with our experience. For a place to stay for a night or two, this hotel exceeded our expectations. There are reasonably priced convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel provided a map of the immediate area which was very useful.

Staff was helpful.
There was no wireless internet in the rooms at the back of the lot and the pool was quite small.
The rooms were large and clean. Not a bad experience, although it was not particularly enjoyable to have to walk through the parking lot, especially at night, to get to the rooms at the back. The biggest inconvenience was having to go to the lobby with laptop to get online, especially in pouring rain. For the money, there should be wireless internet service in all the rooms.

Can not think of anything I liked about it.
Location, there was no restaurant, no balcony, very small window in room, not worth the price.
I feel that it was not close enough to the downtown area. We had to take taxis everywhere, which added to our overall cost. It was inconvenient to not have a restaurant or tuck shop there. The view was of the parking lot and the room was very dark, due to the very small window. It would have been nice to have a balcony at least. The room smelled like smoke. For the price I feel we should have at least been closer to downtown. Not a good experience. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms need updating, they were clean, but old.
Nice location with nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, but need updated. Hotel is right next door to an outlet mall. Lots of restaurants in the immediate location of the hotel.
