Quiet Friendly staff Advertise a free breakfast which they no longer have. Clean rooms with coffeemakers TV was very poor quality picture but overall a fair priced motel

This hotel was not a hotel. I stayed in a courtyard that is a motel. They falsely advertised this courtyard by not showing any pictures of it on the website. You think you are staying in a nice hotel, but in fact, you are hidden in the back of the hotel, and in a motel like atmosphere.

Awful! Noisy neighbors inside and outside the hotel. Really far away from the falls. Too small bathroom and uncomfortable beds.

Very well kept and updated, felt very safe and would have liked to shop at the next door mall if time had permitted. Breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly and Knowledgeable about getting to the Falls and where to park inexpensively.

The hotel was undergoing expansion and renovation but it in now way interfered with our experience. For a place to stay for a night or two, this hotel exceeded our expectations. There are reasonably priced convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel provided a map of the immediate area which was very useful.

Just adequate to sleep at night after a tiring day outdoors.

This hotel is clean and the people were extremely professional. We were disappointed that the free shuttle into town is no longer running...but the front desk called a cab for us ($17 round trip for two). A shuttle pass is also available=6$ per day per person. The pool and Jacuzzi was a surprise when we arrived-it looked great. Breakfast was truly continental-and satisfactory. But it was served in the basement. We had a great time. I did not like the fact that we had to walk outside in our bathing suits to get to and from the pool in the main building from the courtyard suites. I did not feel comfortable. The grounds were clean and the rooms were nice. I would stay here again if traveling to Niagara.

Pretty nice hotel and amenities but only 2 ice machines for the whole hotel. Parking was insufficient for number of rooms. It would be nice if they provided entry from the side doors with your room key!
