The Comfort Inn Meadowlands is near Consol Baseball Park, home of the Wildthings, a Frontier League Baseball team. The hotel is near Post Gazette Pavilion, Meadowcroft Village, South Pointe Industrial Park, Washington and Jefferson College. Pittsburgh is a short drive with many cultural events as well as shopping and entertainment and Pittsburgh sports teams. The University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University are also located here. Slowest elevator I ever saw (only 3 floors).

I was very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

The pool for my twin grandsons was wonderful and we were able to get the room next door. The staff were very accommodating.
Heat was blowing all the time and was very dry.

Great staff and nicely appointed room. Was everything we expected. Coffee stunk but Starbucks is just down the road! Very close to all points of interest. Was reasonably priced and we had a wonderful time in Pittsburgh area.

Very clean, nice breakfast.
Bed was too small and very uncomfortable.

The kids enjoyed it very much. The pool was very nice. Vending machine were expensive.

The hot tub in the room.
Did not have automatic doors and did not anyone to help with the bags.

This is a hotel I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed the hot tub in the room and everything was very clean. However, I didn't like that the smoking and non smoking rooms were all on the same floor, mixed in together. No reason to have a non smoking room if the people in the room next to you are smoking. Aside from that, our stay was nice.
