Cleanliness and friendly staff.
Elevator did not work properly our entire stay, big inconvenience.

This hotel is convenient for getting to Beale street which is a major attraction in Memphis. The room we stayed in was clean but did not offer any great perks and the bathroom is really small. Great hotel to stay in if you don't plan on sticking around the hotel a lot.

For our needs, the location was great.
The parking was almost not adequate.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Our view of the river was wonderful.

Good room, only $5.00 parking.

The hotel was across the street from mud island and one block from the trolly, $1.00 a ride or 3 day pass for $8.00 that's want we got. Trolly goes down Main St. which is closed to traffic for 8 blocks, just the trolly and a mall walkway for people. A real nice breakfast.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly.
Did not like the small pillows. We asked for a room with a view, did not get it.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and young lady at the counter was very helpful. The coffee was great. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends as the place to stay. Other than the pillows, they were too small, the room was nice.

We had 14 people in our group. We had 3 rooms that connected, and one with a BEAUTIFUL view of the river and mud island.
The breakfast was not so great.

Great hotel to stay in when attending events on Beale Street or Mud Island. Our view of Mud Island and the River was SPECTACULAR! The rooms were very nice, and we had three that all connected. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The staff was very friendly too.
