Comfort Inn Morgan Hill

he hotel served its purpose, but they only had 1 towel in the bathroom for a king size bed. They wanted to charge me $20 more for a non smoking room. The front desk wasn't very friendly and made me feel as if I were a bother rather than a customer.

Very nice and comfortable. Pool is a little small though.

This was the nicest hotel I have been in, in a long time. The pillows, sheets, towels was clean and soft just a very nice time recommend Comfort Inn to anyone.

The Comfort Inn in Morgan Hill exceeded my expectations for the money and I was delightfully surprised when I stepped into the motel and my room. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the neatness and the breakfast. I was surprised to find out that there was no staff available to make decisions when no manager was available. One customer needed a room after long travel, they had made a reservation. The hotel made a mistake, when they asked to speak to the manager there was no one available, manager was contacted by phone and he refused to talk to customer, very bad customer service. Hotel is clean, side doors stay locked, a little inconvenient for moving luggage trips to vehicle, etc. Good staff.

I like this hotel, it's clean. They serve continental breakfast. I love the pineapple/guava juice they serve.

The hotel was prefect as well as the location. The real main down fall of the trip was that locating the street (Condit road) was cover very poorly-badly by the Hugh tree (branches) that was on the corner right in front of the Ramada hotel. So for people traveling could pass the street (as we did) if it wasn't for us looking really hard (down) for the street sign for the Name to the street. read more
