the pool was nice
carpet was stained and some areas looked runned down
We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We were put in a smoking room and were unable to change. The common areas were runned down. The pool was nice but did not open until 10 AM and checkout was at 11 AM.

The location was good, check in staff seemed friendly.
Had a bad odor, was dilapidated in general, unclean.

Nice and very cozy.
The swimming pool was to warm.
We love the hotel and the employees, the swimming pool was good too. But a little too warm almost as warm as the hot tub.

Belgium waffle bar.
Comforter, lamp shades & ceiling was stained, high prices.
The waffle bar was great, get there early before all the children, it quickly turns into a circus. There were random stains in the room in strange places (ceiling, lamp shades, & bedding). Don't want to know what was going on before we got there.

The breakfast.
The beds were hard, and not comfortable.
Everything was nice, except the beds. They need new mattresses. The were hard, and everyone awoke up with backaches the entire time we stayed there.

The staff that served continental brkfast.
Attitude of what appeared to be manager.
Our room had leak in the ceiling. Water was running down the entertainment center. The remote filled with water. Not a new leak, there was a drain hole in the middle of the very large stain in the ceiling. The carpet was ripped and dirty. When we asked for another room we were told none were available. After waiting to be answered as to wether we could at least have some of our money back, magically 2 rooms were available for us to choose from. Each of these rooms had only one bed 4 of us. The teenage boys had 2 sleep on a old pull out, right by the shower. Very unfortunate no one could shower. No money was returned to us. read more

Great location.
In the future, I would have no problems staying at this hotel. The staff was excellent and the rooms were great. Also great location for beach and amusement park. Eating locations near by.

Friendly and clean.
Room was hot.
I stayed here one night during a trip to MI Adventures. My kids 8/10/13 loved the pools. The breakfast was great it the morning. The hotel staff was professional and provided great customer service.

Room not serviced on 2nd day. Trash was not collected, no clean towels, Refrigeration didn't work, room was noisy with traffic noise from near by freeway.

The desk person. He did not know what he was doing.
It was a very nice experience except for check in the clerk person did not know what he was doing.
