The price was fair.
No indoor pool.
Try not to put a family with children next to a room with senior folks. Now I know there is fine line with trying not to discriminate, however Senior folks on the average tend to go to bed at 7PM. We were a noisy family of 5 with a 7 year old, and set of 2 year old twins. TV was loud etc. Overall a great time at the comfort Inn.

Good location.
2 out of 3 staff extremely rude.
We got to the hotel a bit early so our room was not ready, which was no problem. The desk clerk at the time was very friendly and she said they'd have something for us soon. We went out to check out the town and came back a few hours later. The gentleman on the desk then was extremely rude and short with us, didn't even tell us where the elevator or our room was. The next morning the woman the oversaw the breakfast literally yelled at me for using too much spray on the waffle maker and too much batter in my cup. Even though there were no posted instructions on how much of either to use. Customer service was very poor. read more

Grounds & lobby & room were clean.
No interaction with staff at all.
We stayed for two nights, our room was not touched on Monday. They didn't make the bed no fresh towels or amenities. They never came in the room at all for 48 hours.

Clean, spacious rooms. Close to Mystic.
Well worth it if you are going to Foxwoods, which is about a 15 minute drive away. The rooms are great.

It was clean, the room was perfect for what
I needed it for.
The hotel was really nice. I have no complaints, I stayed there for only one night and it was perfect. It is close to old mystic which has some great restaurants.
I would go to Voodoo Grille, it has a nice laid back atmospher, cheap beer on tap. It wasn't too far from Foxwoods eather,
I didn't go to Mohegan, so
I am not sure on the ride to there, but if your looking for a really nice place with attractions around you then this is a good place for you. read more

The location was conveniently off the freeway. Employees were helpful. Room was older, but comfortable. Very quite.
The rooms were outdated, but clean. I ended up with a smoking room and it smelled foul. I do like that they have a nice breakfast set up so you can eat and get on the road. Even with the negatives I would stay there again because of the convenience.

It was close to the casino.
The previous guest set the alarm to go off at 4am unbeknownst to us.
The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel itself is located nicely near Mystic Aquarium and about 15 minutes from the Rhode Island beached and Fox woods Casino. It was proceed decently for the summer season and you cannot beat that.

It was right near everything. The rooms were very neat.
Everything was wonderful.
The pool was great. The free breakfast was crowded, but it was very nice. The hotel was located near all attractions and restaurants we wanted to go too. The rooms were big and spacey. They were very neat. I was impressed. It was wonderful. Especially at that price!

Good waffles.
Rooms smelled musty. Little hot water, air conditioner leaked all over room. Costs too much for pets.
Do not come here if bringing pets.
