I like that the air conditoner worked amazing, and that we were very close to the naval base!
I did like that it was on a busy street
From my experience this hotel was great for what I was choosing to do. Basically, I just needed a place to stay and shower, and everything in the hotel room worked great for me! Special thanks for the king size bed!!

The waffles.
Everything but the waffles!
As I checked in, I was first placed into a smoking room. That did not set a good tone right off the bat. Then, to have to make the staff go out of their way to get me into a non-smoking room seemed like such a chore for them. Once I got into my non-smoking room, I felt like I was in the ghetto. There are cracks in the bathroom floor where ants and a couple of cockroaches proceeded to storm the room. I had to get a bath towel wet and place it over this enormous crack in the floor just to keep them at bay. Every 10 minutes I had to listen to another cop car go racing by the hotel to, I'm sure, another drug bust, drunk driving, domestic assault, burglary, or breaking and entering. This is not a neighborhood I felt comfortable in past dark. I will give the credit where it is due, however. The breakfast in the morning was not all that bad. The waffle makers were awesome and the lady working in the dining area was a real sweetheart. She definitely went above and beyond her call of duty for her position. Sincere props to her. Other than the continental breakfast, this hotel was an absolute disaster from the get-go and I felt extremely nervous leaving this place that I did not have random insects burrowed in my clothes and suitcases. I was so happy to check out when my stay was over. read more

The room smelled like an ashtray the cooling system was off and on, the WiFi access was broken and no one seemed to care or even attempt to get it fixed.

Great staff.
The neighborhood was bad.
Right outside the Corry Station gate. Not a good neighborhood to walk in at night, but tons of restaurants.

The location was right near the base, which is exactly what I was looking for.
The pool closed too early!
This hotel is in a great location if you are looking to stay close to the base. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool looked very inviting, but it closes at 10 pm (too early!).

Quick to respond to problems, nice exterior and loved the bar next door.
Initially kind of musty when got in room, but went away within the hour.
Nice pool and a nice, open design. Windows out to walkway a little creepy - left my curtains drawn most days, but overall nice.

Hotel has opportunity for improvement, reminds me of a cheap motel.
Reminds me of a cheap roadside motel.

Nothing.
Smelled like a wet dog.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Within the first three hours there the power went off in one room, we had to change rooms, and the smoke alarm went off in the other room. then, half our clothes came up gone after the maids came in. Not a nice place at all.
