Close to train station.
The price of the room was too high for a very small space. I could not call it a room. The stairs were bad and crumbling. Hazardous for anyone.
Bad do not go to this one unless you do not care about being clean or safe. I would not recommend this one to anyone

Front desk clerk tried to be helpful in spite of his overwhelming Indian accent.
Indire need of an exemplary cleaning top to bottom.
I am actually glad that I had to stay only one night out of the 2. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Day shift. Morning staff was friendly.
Dirty bathroom floors and shower curtain, gross!
This could be a nicer place to stay if it was cleaner, the bathrooms really need to be cleaned and the shower curtains changed. That was pretty gross!

Can't really think of anything.
It did not smell good. It was dingy. Furnishing was poor quality and 50s (at best) in style.
It did not smell good. They could not provide a paid receipt. The breakfast food was limited and tasteless. Room was dingy and had all old furniture and furnishings. I stayed at a Hampton Inn the night before (for less $!)and the Hampton Inn was 100 times better. Name any generality or detail and Comfort was poor and Hampton was excellent. I will never go back to the Comfort Inn, Palatine. read more

This hotel is not easy to find. It is located in a somewhat remote area. The room accommodations were mediocre at best. The heater made an awful noise all night. The bed linens were stained. The coffee maker in the room malfunctioned (1 cup coffee maker) and the free breakfast was not very appetizing. The shower rod in the bathroom was fastened to the wall with scotch tape. Not recommended to anyone. read more

We swam in the pool to our hearts content. If you stay here try the pizza place in front of the hotel.
When we go to Chicago we like to stay outside of the city. This motel was very comfortable. There are several restaurants in the area. It is close to the toll ways into the city. If you stay here Pete's Pizza in front of the motel was great. We also sat in the hot tub and enjoyed the pool.
