Loved microwave, fridge, laundry, and breakfast, near shopping & attractions.
Breakfast room wasn't marked, people were trying to balance plates on laps, chairs, etc, until we found it.

Favorable stay, friendly staff; hotel is convenient to Strawberry Banke, Portsmouth center and waterfront, also Frank Jones Center, and a small strip mall with good stores within walking distance if necessary. Better than some we've stayed in, would recommend it for basic economy ammenities and relaxed family atmosphere.

The hot breakfast was great!
The room was a bit stuffy.

Loved that there was a fridge & microwave to use for snacks for the kids! My family enjoyed using the in-door pool too!

It was a great experience. I was traveling with my grown daughters and the hotel helped make it a fabulous time. We had easy access to the places we wished to go and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Comfortable beds.
Hot tub needs more attention. Pool too small.

The hotel had an excellent continental breakfast. The beds were absolutely comfortable and we were conveniently located near many attractions. Good location for both families and adults.
