The room was comfortable and clan.
The pool and hot tub were very dirty looking - looked like the pool had not been cleaned in a long time.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. We would have liked to spend time in the hot tub but with the dirty water in it, I would not take the chance of catching something.

The wake-up call at 5 am that I did not ask for!

Solid people, pretty relaxed all in all. A nice well located place to hold up in Quincy ILL.

HVAC unit had mechanical problems, stairwell was
dirty.

Stairwell needed a thorough cleaning. Room HVAC unit made a worrisome sound and compressor did not work on a warm humid night.

The hotel had all I needed, clean, quiet.
Hard to get on the highway from the hotel.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to good eating places. The staff was very helpful supplied me with tooth paste and additional coffee for my room.

Cleanliness, the bed was turned down. The best mattress we have had in a motel.

It had ample room in the bedroom and the bathroom. There was computer accessibility in the room. A desk and chair. TV. Great lighting. An elevator to the upper floors. The parking lot was large, they accepted pets, and had a walking area. An excellent breakfast from 6 to 9am.
