This hotel does not have any elevators! It isn't stated on their website. It's 2 story & 280 rooms
and
no elevator! Our room was smoke free, but the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. We were right above the bar
and could go out on the roof, which is scary, because that means other people could go out their windows onto the roof
and if your window wasn't locked, could go right in. The area where they had the continental breakfast was small for the size of the hotel. The coffee pot in the room didn't have a carafe & they couldn't find one for us. The room didn't get cleaned while we were gone, so we had to go to the front desk for towels. read more

This is an economical place to stay close to Cedar Point. Clean and basic, and with a pool that will appeal to families with kids.

For us it was very much just a place to lay our heads, so for that purpose it was good, did not get a chance to really explore what else the hotel had to offer. The room wasn't that aesthetically pleasing but again for us it was just a place to lay our head.

For the location and price, this place was great. But beware, they still have smoking rooms and if you don't call in advance to request non-smoking, you and your clothing will smell like smoke.

I left a phone charger in my room and the front desk went above and beyond to help me get it back.

Very nice for 2 stars. Could use some updating but definitely met my expectations. The breakfast itself was OK but it needed some protein items and a larger room for the number of lodging rooms at this property.

Staff was very knowledgeable about touring the area, times of the ferry to Put-in-Bay, etc. Room was clean and spacious.
