The lobby and breakfast areas were large and welcoming.
Very smoky smell in the 2nd floor hallway even by the no smoking rooms. TV remote did not work.

The hotel room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. It would be a nice place for a family to stay but if you really don't like cigarette smoke this is not the place for you. Even the no smoking areas smell like smoke in the hallways and elevator.

Continental breakfast was poor, yogurt expired.

With exception to the continental breakfast. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay at this location again in the future.

It is very comfortable looking and relaxed.

The Comfort Inn was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The public areas were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was very nice.

Comfortable lobby was beautifully decorated in Native American motif.
The toilet sounded like a jet engine when flushed and made me jump when I flushed it.

This hotel was an excellent for a one night stay in Santa Fe. Close to shopping, restaurants, interstate access. Rooms were clean and comfortable and priced right. Lobby was beautifully decorated in Native American motif. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The refrigerator in the room was important.
The free breakfast was not very good.

Great staff, location. Recommendations for places to eat were outstanding. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Access from highway leaves a little to be desired when traveling south on highway.
