The staff was very friendly.
Pool had to many bugs in it.

Location was good. The price was reasonable and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Was close to soccer tournament that we were attending.
Room smelt of mildew.

Room was mildew, Non-smoking room had a cigarette burn on beed spread. Seemed understaffed. People that were working front desk and continental breakfast in the morning were the housekeepers the night before.

Very convenient location. Clean. Quiet!
For the price, I can't complain.

Definitely not upscale, but a practical alternative for someone looking for a clean room with some amenities in a great location.

Bathroom lights didn't work, internet didn't work, dirty, refrigerator didn't work, absolutely no costumer service, my car got scratched in the parking lot because there is not security at all and hotel manager did absolutely nothing about it a all. I'm a manager in a Disney luxurious resort and I can tell that these people do not know costumer service. Bed was comfortable though. read more

Verry close to the sites I planed to visit.
AC was a little noisy and had a problem with the curtains deflecting the air flow.

Elevator and lobby smelled bad. Lot of cob webs in the room.

Decent rooms. A little pricey for what you get. Funky smell in the elevator and lobby. Cob webs in the room. Curtains don't close all the way.

Broken ice machine, cobwebs and filthy carpet, and moldy bathroom (shower curtain, tub,shower, toilet and floor).

Very basic and even though they cleaned room everyday I still saw bugs on the bathroom floor.
