Solo Traveler
Very unclean, heat did not work right in rooms, phone did not work in our room, TV reception was fuzzy. Overall, other than the proximity to the highway this is a very poor hotel.

Group Traveler
Hotel staffs are not helpful and unprofessional. The many families requested crib at the time of check-in and also at 8 PM night. They said they will deliver it in 30 minutes. When each one of us called around 9 PM to inquire about it, they said it is first come first basis. This happened twice in a row. Couple of families arrived late and we had requested to arrange rooms all of us in the same floor. They said they look into it. When the other families arrived, they gave rooms in different floors. When requested to change it, the hotel staffs were unfriendly and said, once allocated, they will not change it even though the guests did not get into the room. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
This hotel is older and outdated. There is only air conditioning units in each room, that are not turned on before your stay, so for the first 2 days the room is very hot and uncomfortable! We arrived with a small child late in the evening and found it hard for all of us to fall asleep due to the temperature of the room.
