Bed was comfortable
No bath towels or shampoo in my room
Typically I have a good experience at this hotel but this time around it was a little different. The hotel and room as a whole was good but my room didn't have any bath towels or shamppo in it which I didn't realize until it was too late. Also, the wireless internet was not very stable.

It was clean.
The night shift front desk person had no personality.
It was nice, clean & the morning staff was helpful.

Cost/value was rather expensive.
No elevator, rather expensive for the value offered, friendly personnel at breakfast.

We ended staying longer for my Dad's funeral and the staff we're very accommodating.
Good location with a friendly staff. Comfortable beds and rooms.

The beds were amazing.
The beds were amazingly comfortable, the continental breakfast was very convenient when travelling in a family of five.

It was clean & comfortable for the most part.
No elevator, no ice machine or vending machines on each floor.
The evening clerk that checked us in was very unfriendly. I don't think he said 2 words. The morning staff was much better. That first impression is very important though. Continental breakfast was good. It was clean and comfortable for the most part. We were very tired when we got there and no ice machine or vending machine on the floor we were on.

Clean, friendly and good shopping close by.
A little musty, but not bad overall.
This hotel was great for a weekend stay. My parents and I needed a room basically for sleeping and showering, we were out and about most of the day. This fit our needs and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Staff was very friendly. The stay was quiet, didn't hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
Bathroom was dirty. Found a roach in our room.
The good points were over cast by the bad ones. Everything about the bathroom made me nervous to use. Had nasty hair from previous people, dirty ice collector and I don't know anyone that would brew coffee in that pot. Finding a roach on the ceiling no fun, thank God it was our last night there. Not worth the money I saved.

The beds were soft , pool was nice and warm.
The room had a musty/smoky odor - made me sick to my stomach.
All common areas were very clean. The pool was nice and warm, away from guest rooms so no noise factor. The continental breakfast was great. The beds were soft and the bathroom was decent. However, I don't know exactly what the odor was (smelled kind of like mold and/or stale smoke) in the room, but it made me and my kids ill (we all have asthma). I probably would not rent a room here again unless I was able to inspect the room for odors. read more

I liked the convenience to the activities that were part of my itinerary.
It was somewhat hard to find, not being on the main road.
This is a great place to stay, close to the main interstate and close to restaurants and shops.
