The staff went out of there way to make sure my husband got a ground floor room
because he's handicap. Very friendly.
The staff is friendly very helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. My husband can't walk up steps, made sure we had a ground floor room. Great looking hotel, made me feel safe & comfortable.

I enjoyed the clean pool, accommodating staff, friendly maid service and secure feeling.
There was an unknown pair of boxer-briefs in our room after the first day. Strange?!
We felt secure at the hotel. The room was clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The swimming pool was clean. The location - close to Wal-Mart - was really convenient. The only thing that threw us for a loop was the pair of men's underwear that mysteriously showed up on the floor in our room. When I discovered it wasn't my boyfriend's (in our last hour there), we all had a good, albeit uncomfortable, laugh! We would definitely return to the Comfort Inn Southwest. read more

Clean and quiet.
No complaints.
My family and I stayed at this hotel in October 2003, and it appears to have been renovated, much nicer and cleaner. It is in a good location near super Wal-Mart and restaurants. We will be staying there again soon.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. The owner was polite.
Broken TV, burn holes in bedding, very noisy, commode did not flush well, syringe left in room.
This is an old and somewhat shabby motel. Extremely noisy. Manager was very polite and customer friendly. Our stay was so unpleasant, we asked for a refund.

The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff was courteous and I couldn't have picked a better location for convenience.
I had to stay in a room for smokers and the smell lingered in the room as well as on the towels. I am not a smoker and it was terrible.
Overall my stay was short but it provided what I needed except for the smokers room. I would be more careful when choosing the rooms on line.

There needs to be local maps with area restaurants on it.
