Conveniently located at the south entrance to Durango. Now serving an excellent, complimentary hot breakfast. Cash paying guests are required to post a 150.00 USD refundable deposit in addition to the cost of the room. Guests must be 21 years or older to register at check-in. Did not care for rooms, bath dirty.
Didn't care for it , too far away, no restaurants nearby.

Staff was somewhat rude, far away from town, no restaurants nearby, bath was somewhat dirty.

Wi-fi, breakfast, knowledgeable staff.
Drain in sink didn't work reported it and nothing done, bathtub could be more clean.

Housekeeping needs a little tweaking, beds are OK though not the most comfortable, overall not a bad place for the money. Most of the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The breakfast was decent.
It seemed old and a bit dirty. The duvet looked dirty.

It is what it is, the cheapest stay in Durango with out staying at an old motor lodge with extended stay guests.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast good, location was great.
Heater in pool was broken, free web was broken needed parts that could not be ordered until Monday.

Over all the room was good for the price. I was disappointed with the pool as I had a young grandchild and it was below freezing during our stay. Also the web access was down the entire weekend.

Aside from the loud thumping noise from under our room, early in the morning. This hotel was nice. The pool was okay, kinda cold. All in all the stay was nice.

Friendly staff, clean and great complimentary breakfast.
Road works were going on immediately outside the hotel. Not too noisy but inconvenient.

Exceeded our expectations. Clean and a great complimentary hot breakfast. Pool could have done with a little more heating but in general very satisfactory stay.
