The breakfast buffet was nice.

This was a horrible experience. The room was not non-smoking. Also my mother, who was staying with me, was allergic to smoke! The staff was very friendly but there was nothing that they could do.

Excellent service and great breakfast.
A swim/birthday party for age 9 -10 yr old girls was going on and they monopolized the pool the entire evening - loud, splashing and rude behavior.

We will check to see if any child oriented swim parties are going on before staying with the hotel again. After driving for 3 hours straight getting in the pool or hot tub was something we were looking forward to.

Breakfast was excellent!
Location of elevators was tough for elderly parents.

Very clean and warm room, beds were comfortable, the pool area was bright and pleasant. The breakfast was better than expected; hot foods as well as continental items. I will definitely travel back to this hotel again!

Those smokers had their own complete floor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean, the pool was indoors for year round enjoyment, coffee, donuts and fruit were available till late night.
We were placed in a smoking room our 1st night, though that may have been a lack of communications.

Very pleasant, a lot of restaurants close by. beds were comfortable, pool was clean, and the whirlpool was relaxing.
