Noisy and cramped room.
Rather good location with decent facility but not worth the price charged.

Dirty and poor service.
The check in was slow because the desk was busy and had only one person checking people in and handling all phone calls. First two rooms we were given smelled of mold and a type of cleaning perfume thing to cover it up. Third room on the fifth floor was okay. The room was only marginally clean. At midnight the fire alarm went off. We called the front desk and they said it was a false alarm. After 20 minutes if it was alarming we went down to the lobby. The staff was hiding in the back room and no one was at the desk. Some of the guests were in the lobby and outside in their pajamas. They did not know what was happening. The fire department and police never showed up. Finally a security service person came and shut off the alarm. We never saw any hotel employees. The elevator and halls smelled badly of an electrical fire upon returning to my room. read more

The hot tub.
It didn't have a larger choice of liquor.
I was very pleased and the staff was wonderful.

We had the King suite with a sofa bed so there was more room to sit & relax or watch TV.
Mattress on the bed was only fair.
Our room was clean and we had extra room as it was a King suite but yet it was still reasonably priced.

Quiet, convenient to East Towne Mall.
Room was very small, no microwave or refrigerator, could not watch TV while sitting on bed, price was way to high.
Quiet, cleanliness was ok and staff was also ok.

The staff was excellent.
Bed mattress was worn out. Room smelled of smoke and chemicals to mask the smell.
Good location. Safe. Helpful and cheerful staff. I was in a no smoking room, but it smelled of smoke and there were two ashtrays in the room. One of the double beds had a mattress that was worn out, it sagged terribly. Some of the wash cloths were stained. They were clean, but stained. The continental breakfast was okay, but the hard boiled, peeled eggs had a bleached taste.

Location and price.
Dirty walls, floor, plugged sink & poor check in service.
I had to go to the first floor to find an ice machine that worked. I had a room that felt dirty as well as looked filthy, dirt marks on the wall, bathroom floor was marked with brown stuff (which I cleaned up). The person that checked us in knew I was standing in line and waiting but she asked the person that walked in behind me if they needed help. Over all, this hotel needs better people! read more

This hotel was clean, staff was friendly and there was a lovely continental breakfast.
No newspaper at the door in the morning.
Easy to find, friendly staff clean and nice comfy pillows.

The location and friendly staff; great breakfast.
This hotel is perfectly located by a mall and by the highway. Perfect for our family who was just traveling through. The indoor pool is nice bonus of our kids. There are many restaurants located near this hotel also.
