Industrial location.
The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. Despite being in an industrial/corporate offce area/next to expressway the sound proofing was very good. Free continental breakfast.

Excellent hot breakfast options.
Very convenient location, near the old downtown and lots of restaurants. Some units front on Union Pacific tracks, so there can be some noise at some times of the day. Clean unit equipped with mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.

I liked the price, location, and the continental breakfast was OK
I did not like that it was not clean and the continental eating area was very small for so many people
Comfortable beds, loved the pillows, liked that the rooms had refrigerator and microwave. Did not like that the hotel itself was not very clean, needed up-keeping. Would have liked more of a variety for breakfast, stayed for three days and had the same offered everyday.

Found 2 ticks in the bed
Got what I paid for but I didn't need the ticks. Spiders and ants are 1 thing but ticks? The room I stayed in smelled like smoke and 1 of the pillows had a sticky red stain on it. Hope I never go back here.
