Cleanliness.
Corridor had a foul odor.

The room was comfortable and clean. No decent channels to watch. The free online wireless was a plus. Conveniently located. One problem I had was it did not have a refrigerator.

The location.
The room we were assigned was smoking, we have two asthmatic children and they would not change the room or credit us.

We ended up staying the last night at the holiday inn across the street due to the smelly smoked up room that we couldn't get credit for.

The male desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.
The female desk clerk was not particularly friendly.

This was a very clean and quiet hotel with easy access to I-10.

Comfortable beds and linen. Spacious bathrooms.
They did not allow early check in. Very turned off by that.

Good hotel but early check in for us was necessary since we were there for the Florida State University and University of Miami football game and we had to go to the stadium 5 hours early because they would not let us check in early at 1:15 pm. We ended up checking in at 2 am, slept for four hours and had to be on our way. Would of loved to have enjoyed the pool in those 5 hours we hung out in the parking lot of the stadium. read more

The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. The rooms were clean and spacious. Coffee was good and hot!
There was mold on the ceilings and in the tub area around the walls.

Overall, the hotel was great. The hotel staff bent over backwards to help with anything you needed and very pleasant to boot. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms were very clean except for the mold on the ceiling and in the tub area. The room had a pleasant, clean smell not like an overpowering cleaning product smell like some hotels use to cover up odors. This was really nice. I would definitely use this hotel again. For the price you couldn't beat it. read more
