Convenient location, and good value.
No lift to first floor rooms.
We have stayed overnight in Terrell several times - we fly into Dallas and stop en-route to Shreveport. We have used this hotel for the past 3 years. The hotel is clean, with friendly staff and good value for money. Breakfast is complimentary, the usual cereals, waffles, buns and coffee.

Everyone was very courteous.
The smell. We should have requested another room but it wasn't that noticeable till we got in bed and we were only staying one night.
The staff was nice and helpful. And the room appeared to be clean. But when we went to bed the bad smell
was overpowering in the corner by the bed so it was hard to get a restful sleep. We should have requested another room, but it was late and we were only staying one night. The breakfast was adequate and well stocked. If we ever stay here again I will definitely check out the room better. read more

Clean, economical, updated, romantic.
The Comfort In meet my needs as a mother traveling with her partner and children. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was very satisifying. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Convenient and clean.
I could not understand the person at the front desk because he did not speak English.
For the price, it was okay. The hallways were very Smokey, even though the room was not, getting to our room seemed Smokey. Overall, it was a clean place to stay. It made me uneasy however, that the desk person could not speak English, made me feel as if I was in a foreign country.

Clean room, friendly staff.
Next to highway, loud, staff did not know how to connect to internet, hallway needs floor repairs.
I may as well have sleep next to the highway, it was very loud. My only worse experience was a hotel that literally straddled the highway. There were what appeared to be plumbing connections/depressions in the hall that were somewhat dangerous and very disturbing. The staff person I spoke to thought that I needed to sue the phone line to connect to the internet, he was wrong. I figured it out on my own. read more

Friendly staff.
Too much noise from freeway.
Asked for non-smoking room. Put in smoking room. No insulation between rooms. Can hear TV and conversations. You can hear all the traffic on the freeway. Was cleaner than average. New facility.
