Convenient to restaurants and stores.
The hotel charged about triple the price for telephone usage/movies, and hot tub was broken.

The hotel charged me $150.00 for smoking in the room even though there wasn't any damage done to the room. I was unaware of this charge until check-out time. The smoking done was minimal and the room was not left smelling of smoke. The only way they could tell was the maid found some cigarettes in the room.

Very friendly! The front desk staff was more than accommodating.
Small pool, but very clean.

I would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was small but it was fine for our family with three little ones. The breakfast was nice, it was your normal fare of juice, milk, pastries, bagels and make your own waffles.

Rude and loud morning cleaning staff.

Easy to get to off the interstate with a pool. Large, comfortable rooms with hair dryer, ironing board, fridge and microwave to help make your stay easier.

Easy to find, fast check in, convenient, would stay again.
New gal at front desk, double billed for room. Got straightened out next day.

Very friendly staff! Newer gal @ desk for our check in & out. The gal was very friendly & helpful, just didn't quite understand. We had a wonderful experience, in spite of this. We'd use this motel again - without hesitation.

The location and breakfast were good.
Small pool.

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay. It is right off of I-94 with many places to eat in the area. It also has a very good continental breakfast. The only drawback is a small pool and whirlpool.

The pool, continental breakfast, room size, iron & board, hair dryer, & cleanliness. It was in a good location for shopping, eating, gas, & entertain.
The pool was small and lots of people that stayed was using it most of the time we had available to use it.

I would recommend this hotel to those who don't mind climbing one level of stairs, those that enjoy a smaller hotel, down to earth customers and hometown atmosphere.

Friendly staff, good location, pool/hot-tub, clean, continental breakfast and highway access.

I really enjoyed our stay. We checked in late (but had called ahead). Very friendly staff, clean rooms/lobby, continental breakfast - good selection, easy check in and out process. I will stay in Comfort Inn for our future visits to Tomah, WI.
