Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Unremarkable. Another run-of-the-mill carbon-copy typical motel.
Staff were all courteous. Located slightly off Wanamaker and across from Walmart and Sam's Club, adjacent to many restaurants and other stores including the mall. However is another boring motel, nothing exceptional in any way whatsoever, tiny pool good enough as a slightly better than wading pool for the kiddies, completely unappetizing breakfast selection of stale and undetectable pastry or cold hard boiled egg. If you want to impress anyone, definitely don't go to this kind of motel. If you just want a place to sleep which is about all this is, save your money and go to motel 6. You'll get about the same and a better value for your buck. read more

The location was easy to get to once you figured out where to turn across the busy street.
The pool and spa were down when we got there and the spa was down the entire stay.
Fairly nice hotel. I called ahead and requested an non smoking room with two beds and there accommodated me quite well. The halls still smelled like smoke, but not much smell in the room. Most other hotels I have stayed at have had the alarm turned off. The alarm went off at 5:45 a.m. on our first morning there.

All was clean, pool open late with last hour for adults only
It was harder to get to from the north, had to find 2 side roads to get into drive.
Very nice place, very comfortable, nice decor, enjoyed pool and hot tub, shopping and restaurants all around location. Right off main roads, but quiet.

The beds were very comfortable.
Due to a mix-up, one two members of my party didn't have a bed.
Great hotel with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Very convenient to travelers on i70 and close to several great restaurants.

I thought the beds were excellent and I liked the breakfast that was available everyday.
The bathroom was a little small and old like being in a trailer.
It was very comfortable, had an indoor pool and hot tub. Free breakfast with waffles, bagels, cereals, fruit etc. Free newspaper everyday and very clean. Conveniently accessible to shopping mall, restaurants, Barnes & nobles, Wal-Mart, etc. If your not looking for frills but reasonable rates, with adequate amenity's this is the place for you. I enjoyed my stay very much. It was packed the whole time I was there. read more

Location was the only thing I liked.
Our room was dirty. Bathroom floor was not swept or mopped and carpet not vacuumed.

The staff was very accommodating.
I was very pleased
with this motel. It is in a nice part of Topeka and close to lots of shopping and eating choices. The room was nice and very clean. The continental breakfast was good and very well kept up. I hope
to see
this motel again on another trip.

Convenient location.
Smoke detector went off in our room in the middle of the night, finally had to unhook it.
Overall, it suited our needs.

Good location. Friendly staff. Well kept and clean.
We were on the second floor with lots of luggage and no elevator. We are seniors and it was tough.
Typical two star hotels located right off the Interstate close to restaurants. Very clean and nice place but very bad if you are on the second floor as they have no elevator. It would have been okay years ago when I was younger but now at my age having to lug suitcases up the stairs is way too much to take especially when you have a touch of arthritis.
