Its location was good.
Hotel room, 410 was in very poor condition. The a/c didn't work well and formed a leak. Informed front desk, they did nothing.
This hotel was worse than expected. The door hinge was rusted and falling off the frame, which is amazing because there wasn't even a door hinge pin! The bed was ok.The location was good. The a/c didn't work and actually formed a leak which flowed to the 3rd floor. After contacting the front desk 3 days in advance, found them to be very unhelpful. They did nothing and we slept in a hot room for the remainder of the trip. read more

Nothing.
Staff was not cooperative and room old and not very well kept.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The room was is very poor and questionable condition, sheets were not clean apron arrival and the hotel was poorly staffed at night. Don't ever stay at this hotel.

Continental breakfast, too crowded, security was a concern.

It was close to universal studios.
Timeshare reps hit me up less than a minute after check in.
Overall
I think it was a very good choice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower had great water pressure with a massage shower head.
I will stay here again on my next trip to Orlando.

The friendliness of the staff made the stay nicer, they went out of their way a lot.
The sinks in the bathrooms stuck out too much for shorter people.
The hotel was beautiful, staff was delightful and ready to assist (and did). The sink in the bathrooms, while brand new and marble, stuck out too much. I am only 5'2 and I could not brush my teeth in that sink. I couldn't reach it when I bent into it. Beautiful and grand but, not user friendly.

The staff seemed to be annoyed at having to work.
A decent hotel for the price. I loved the location as it wasn't directly on International Drive. Being on Universal Blvd was perfect for visiting Citiwalk and other Universal attractions. The hotel staff seemed annoyed at having to work; there was a sort of condescending attitude I felt with which I and other guests were having to compete in both front desk clerks (not to mention being accosted by the attraction ticket salesman in the lobby). The rooms (if in a smoking room) were a bit musty, but that was to be expected if you don't request a non-smoking room. Additionally, it was clean, but clearly an older hotel. All in all, it is a good hotel if you are on a budget. But, I will shop around next time. read more
