The friendliness of the staff made the stay nicer, they went out of their way a lot.
The sinks in the bathrooms stuck out too much for shorter people.

The hotel was beautiful, staff was delightful and ready to assist (and did). The sink in the bathrooms, while brand new and marble, stuck out too much. I am only 5'2 and I could not brush my teeth in that sink. I couldn't reach it when I bent into it. Beautiful and grand but, not user friendly.

It was located close to several other nice hotels.
The hotel was not well cared for.

This hotel is for those travalers that are passing through and need a place to lie their heads. Not for people visiting looking for a place to relax and enjoy Florida.

Staff were not helpful.

Requested and got a smoking room that had no ashtray. Requested ashtray 3 times and even went to front desk to get one but, was made to wait 5 hrs before one was sent to room. Also, card key had to be reprogrammed and staff offered no explanation for this nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. In addition, I was at the hotel for 4 nights and the maid failed to provide fresh soap, shampoo and coffee. This hotel is good for one night while you search for better (and cheaper) accommodations in the area. read more

Environment is very good, room is very clean, and good breakfast.

A good place to live, convenient to visit sea world, Disney park, as well as universal studio, and very good breakfast.
