I did not like anything about this abomination of a hotel.
It was the most incompetent place I've seen.
It took 6 phone calls to get directions to the hotel. The bathroom door did not close. There were no shampoos or soap in the room. The elevator stank of urine. I asked when we first arrived for a crib, we finally got one after midnight (3 hours later). It was a horrible experience.

Close to main avenues.
Poor quality of service.
Since I left the hotel I forget important documents and left a message to manager I been calling every day and nobody called me back.

Hotel close to International Drive with lots of restaurants and stores.
Had to request wash cloths/towels everyday
Hotel could be a lot better with some sprucing up, i.e. painting, a little remodeling and fixing locks on the doors (they worked half the time). Guest laundry (3rd floor) had both washers and one dryer out of order. The other one on 3rd floor had one dryer out of order.

Nothing.
Staff was not cooperative and room old and not very well kept.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The room was is very poor and questionable condition, sheets were not clean apron arrival and the hotel was poorly staffed at night. Don't ever stay at this hotel.

There was no where to park.
It was ok. They need to have more food on the breakfast food menu for smaller kids.

Good location for a visit to Universal Studios.
Very old and outdated. Outside common areas very dirty.
This hotel is okay if you just need a bed to sleep in. The location is good for a visit to Universal Studios, but other than that, I would not recommend a stay here. The transportation to the parks only ran two times in the morning, and the times were not the best.

Nothing to like.
The Comfort Inn seems to care less for customers in certain aspects.
Me and my wife and our 2 small kids checked in at night 9.00 for three night stay and to our horror we found the room smelling badly. We had to use the heater as it was cold that night. But within an hour the room became humid and uncomfortable and we had to switch off the heater. To make matters worse, the room is small and congested. The bathroom door was not closing properly. There was leakage of water from the flush stagnating on the floor. This created a potential dangerous situation of an accident such as fall. We found small insects near the sink. We will never come at this hotel again and will never recommend to our friends. Fortunately we stayed only for sleep in the room. The few positive things about this hotel are satisfactory continental breakfast and courteous staff. We had wonderful experience in Disney World and Sea World which made things better of our visit. read more

Location.
Breakfast time not enough space.
Great hotel I stayed here before and enjoyed my stay so I had to come back, and my next stay in 2009 will be at this hotel.
