Room was clean with luxurious sheets for a cheap hotel. Breakfast was a wonderful bonus, but wouldn't recommend the orange juice.

The room had good amenities and the high speed internet was wonderful.
The night staff was not answering the phone and locking the only entrance, delaying me getting to my room.

All in all, decent; Could use some sprucing up but the location is ideal for traveling the Asheville area.

The staff was pleasant.
The non-smoking rooms had been smoking and the staff routinely stood outside the front door and smoked.

I thought the staff was friendly. The overall upkeep of the hotel does not meet Comfort inns usual standard. I would not recommend simply based on the exposure to cigarette smoke and the "stuffy" smell of the room as well as the uncomfortable sheets.

Great staff, clean and convient.

This is a very nice hotel, easy acess on and off highway. Great staff very pleasant, rooms are clean and neat.

Needed more extra blankets in the room.

Good room for the money. People friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
