It was within walking distance of my conference.
This was my second stay. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and I felt very safe. The breakfast was adequate and always well stocked. It was a pleasant week long stay and I plan to stay there next year.

The free breakfast and internet.
The tv remote did not work.
This is a great hotel for the price, very close to I-90. Also, the free breakfast was really good.

Nice room with couch
Laptop went missing and couldn't be found until we offered a reward
We checked out and left our laptop in the room. When we went back to ask for it nobody had seen it. The next day we went back, nobody had seen it. Asked for the manager and were given his card without his name or phone. Told the receptionist that we were offering a reward for the laptop and that we were filing a police report....it was found 10 minutes later!

My first negative experience with Comfort Inn in Maumee was during a phone call in which I inquired clarification regarding directions. The employee with whom I spoke was rude. This continued with check-in when my inquiry as to the room number was met with 'It's inside the envelope,' in a bored and supercilious manner. The employee had just written the number in the envelope so why not just tell me? She was also incredibly rude to a guest who needed help with a mess and the response he got from her was "Well what am I supposed to do about it?" In addition, the carpet in the room was damp; the air conditioner gave off such a musty, moldy odor that we couldn't have it on; the bathroom floor was slimy; the bathtub was noticeably dirty. Despite the no smoking signs, the room and hotel in general had the odor of a place in which smoking was allowed and then masked with heavy perfumes. It was quiet.
Jaccuzi was out of service.
For the price it wasn't bad. Plenty of towels and it was clean. Beds were comfy but the room was extremly hot when we first arrived. (second floor) took about 2 hours to cool it off.
