It was within walking distance of my conference.

This was my second stay. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and I felt very safe. The breakfast was adequate and always well stocked. It was a pleasant week long stay and I plan to stay there next year.

We were actually surprised at our accomodations-they wre very good.
Actually nothing.

We liked the location and the accomodations. We were very satisfied . The best for the money.

The free breakfast and internet.
The tv remote did not work.

This is a great hotel for the price, very close to I-90. Also, the free breakfast was really good.

The fact I could not cancel the room directly with them.

The hotel was fine. I was in town for a family funeral and was not able to cancel a night of stay.

Nice room with couch
Laptop went missing and couldn't be found until we offered a reward

We checked out and left our laptop in the room. When we went back to ask for it nobody had seen it. The next day we went back, nobody had seen it. Asked for the manager and were given his card without his name or phone. Told the receptionist that we were offering a reward for the laptop and that we were filing a police report....it was found 10 minutes later!
