Very clean, beautiful architecture, warm pool and jacuzzi.
Could hear occupants of room next door - and people outside.
Great atmosphere - clean, beautiful architecture, nice pool/jacuzzi and good breakfast. Noise from rooms next door and outside was disruptive but overall great place.

The continental breakfast was excellent and beds were very comfortable.
There was not anything I did not like.
Our stay was very comfortable and we really appreciated the wonderful continental breakfast. The people were very friendly and accommodating and the room met all our expectations.

The hotel breakfast area.
The fact that a large RAT greeted me at the top of the stairs going to my room.
The hotel had too much greenery growing on the stairs and the hand rails. The greenery should be trimmed back away from the hand rails, and then the Rats not field mice will not have anywhere to hide.

Close to family.
Problems with air conditioner, light in bathroom, wet carpet.
I've stayed in this hotel many times, but it is going downhill fast.

The enclosed patios with open roof with center piece fountain.
Good staff, quiet enclosed courtyards close to shopping center.

Location.
Very dirty and run-down room. Breakfast area not big enough and not good food.
Would recommend strongly against this hotel. Will never stay there again. Very run-down and dirty. All rooms bunched around separate courtyards and these are very noisy which you cannot get away from due to the courtyard design.

Nice lobby.
Dirty room, bad furnishings, almost a one star.
The rooms are in very bad condition, but the owners put solid surface countertops on old, broken cabinets to make raters think it must be a better hotel. We had two rooms, and both had water stains on the ceiling, torn couch in the one room with a couch, mismatched chairs at the table, and many other problems.

Good location for Eastside activities & access to Sabino Canyon.
Hard pillows were uncomfortable.
This is a good quality hotel with easy access to the East side of Tucson. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and neat, although the top sheet appeared to have a permanent stain on it (the sheet was otherwise clean). The pillows were hard and not very comfortable, but the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast is economical and quick and adds to the value of the room. Overall, the hotel is a fair value for the traveler. read more

Nice inner patio, close parking to rooms.
Old room, hair dryer didn't work, refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it, dirty carpet.

The courtyard was great - super potential to be a lovely hotel.
It is in dire need of remodel.
The couch was torn, there were ceiling leak spots, the arms of the chair were worn, there was chipped paint, the blinds were broken so it was completely bright at 6am or earlier. The security door facing Tanque Verde was broken. If this hotel was fixed up, it was in a convenient location and the courtyard was lovely - lots of potential but not a #2 1/2.
