No pool and our room had a large dirty spot in the carpet.

Price was good relative to the size and accommodations.

The biscuits and gravy were less than desirable at breakfast.

We liked the location because we were in town for a funeral.
There was nothing that we disliked.

We were very pleased to get a room on the first floor since my husband has a handicap. The room was extremely clean, neat and attractive. Everything we could think of was provided, even electronic connections, a pleasant living room in the lobby and a convenient breakfast area.

Room was excellent. Much roomier than the more expensive hotel our friends stayed at.
There was nothing that I did not like.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was acceptable, and the hotel was well-located. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Austin.

Have free WiFi for guests and a business center incase you didn't bring your laptop.
The bathroom was small. Housekeeping failed to dispose of used coffee cups.

The room was spacious and clean however the bathroom was rather small. The hotel is conveniently located, about 3.5 miles from down town which is good distance for a big city. The room comes with complimentary breakfast and free Wi fi. We had an incident with one of the night attendants who was very rude to us but the hotel manager was great and gave as a complimentary room to appease the situation. Overall the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend the place to someone. read more

The wonderful lady at the front desk.
The extremely heavy disinfectant/cleaner odor upon entering the room.

The wonderful lady at the front desk at check-was so courteous and helpful. She was my first impression, thus my whole stay became wonderful.

Hotel is a good hotel, but the location was tuff to get to the north bound lane of Hwy 71.Good breakfast!
